Bad service

I joined mondo mid 2020 because their deals seemed fair and good. I joined them also because I to boost credit score, bt what bothered me was the fact that I never received my monthly account/statement from them llke other normal network providers. Ive sent them queries asking about this matter and secondly the data that Im suppposed to get doesn't evn last I constantly have to buy prepaid which last longer than the one from Mondo. I sometimes feel that Mondo doesn't sent me data and I jst pay for nothing because like I said I always buy prepaid. Help me make sense of all 9f this because I've tried communicating my concerns but never getting anything in return. Mondo's customer service is good and fast when they want to sell u products but very slow when u need help
