Bad service

Mia Khan why you have given me wrong email address to log bad service received from your company. Mondo who claim they are from vodacom, called me on the 20th of this month, to offer vodacom simcard that they promised to be delivered to me with 5 working days, today is the 4th day and I have not heard nothing from courier company, how can vodacom do business with bad service company like this, I need.
