BAD SERVICE!!!!!
I took a data sim only MTN contract with Mondo in June, they delivered a wrong sim card which I could not use, called them to cancel the contract in June, yet I was debited on 25 of July for the sim that was never activated and that I was advised it was cancelled, this week a received a statement that is still showing the cancelled contract. I have contacted Mondo a number of times since June, today was on the call with an agent for 25 minutes there is no resolution to the matter. I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED IN THE COMPANY AND I REGRET TAKING MY THE 2ND CONTRACT WITH THEM.
