Bad service

I app**** for a Mtn cellphone contract on the 11th January and they said should wait for the delivery people to contact me , i waited for more than 2 weeks I phoned the customer help line they said they'll get back to me when they finally phone they said I should reapply on the 9th February. They said I should forward my bank statement I immediately sent it. I am still waiting for the contract finalization. Honestly their service is bad..... I have been sending emails but no response!!!
