BAD SERVICE

I received my new phone contract on the 4th April, I was not happy and wanted to return the phone. I was told to take the phone to my nearest MTN store and would get a "work order no" . To my disgust the MTN stores here on the Lower South Coast are franchise stores, I would need to go the Durban. I phoned them on monday 8th April and I had to courier the said phone at my expense to Rewards Co Umhlanga. The Courier guy waybill no TCG ********** 5 was delivered on the 9.04.2019 @ 11:42:51 and received bu A Mvulen. On the 30th April I phoned as I had not heard anything further, but my MTN bill said alot!!!!! I phoned Rewards Co and was informed that the phone had been returned to MTN only on 26th April and the contract should then be cancelled within two weeks. Well I phoned again on the 28th May and the lady that works with the cancelled contracts was off and would be back on Friday. When will this contract be cancelled!!!!!!! This is such bad service.
