Bad service

I have been calling since Friday to cancel my contract after trying to change my package and the consultant was rude to me. I have since decided not to do business with a company that their customer service agents puts down the phone to their clients. She refused to escalate me to her senior and bang the phone. Remove my application from your systems. Why must I wait for 48 hours? I need it cancelled right now. I will really advise you not to sign up with this company, they sound very **********. To cancel cannot take so long unless the same agents are waiting for me to receive delivery of a package I cancelled same day but only it is logged today after I have had to make several calls. Agents there are so rude.
