Bad service

I have placed a cellphone contract deal order with mondo telkom 2 weeks ago last week Wednesday I spoke to a call center agents Staton he said they are out of stock but definitely by Friday 6th April 2018 they will be receiving. This morning 9th april 2018 again i called and spoken to Suraya said my order was scanned this morning it is enroute to DSV with *** and ticket:342967. Ok I called the courier company with this info and my identity numbers I was told they have not received the package. I called mondo telkom I spoke to Staton again he said they don't have stock and Suraya has given me a wrong feed back. I have Been calling for a while now. Can you at least have some honesty and stop lying to us?
