Bad service

To whom it may concern,

I phoned for my Telkom contract with Buy Mondo which I am very upset about as they are not giving me any information, not replying to my emails i sent to customer care after the delivery took forever to be delivered because they gave me a lame excuse saying my package came back to the Warehouse without any reason. I phoned to cancel my contract for the phone I spoke to Vashal on Friday last week, this week i spoke with Hlengiwe who said i need to pay the full amount of the phone and then they will cancel the package and they both said they are going to send me an email regarding cancellation and cancellation fees. I am still waiting as i dont want this package because it has nothing the sales person mentioned. I want this cancelled and i dont anything to do with Mondo ****** with bad service. Ive been calling since last week and the phone was delivered last week Wednesday and i have an option to cancel as long its not after 7 days. The package was suppose to cone out with 2 simcards but it came with one and with 3000 minutes to call any network only to find out i can only call telkom nos and landlines. See now that is manipulation. Now can i please get urgent response as i dont want this package. This sale was done by Nhlanhla Nkosi staff no 47080.
