Bad idea's start here!
Terrible, Terrible, Terrible! Service Save yourself the hassle with dealing with this company!
I received call for an upgrade even after, I upgraded. When I them I've already app****, they hang up the phone! (very polite) .... Oh and 'Please Hold' means 'the phone will get cut off soon!'
They have no idea what's happening even among themselves! I upgraded my phone and received the wrong phone!!!! I call them, and they say I need to drop the phone off at my closest MTN.... They won't accept it!
