Bad disappointing service just refund my deposit

Please cancel my mtn month to month order i made on then21st December over the phone with hou took with you and refund my deposit thank you order *** I do not want the product anymore because yesterday the order couldn't be delivered because of the finger prints not working and the manual delivery couldn't be done yesterday as I needed the product urgently I had to go get it in storew as you were no help so please cancel this order and refund the deposit of R675 I paid for this month to month product I took telephonically with you on the 21st the fact even dsv was helping has disappointed me I had to spand extra money on a 2nd deposit to get it in store so please cancel this order i did on the 21st and refund the deposit as I need my money back
