Bad customer experience

Terrible customer service. Despite specifically requesting and confirming a particular phone colour, the company delivered a different colour, which I did not order or agree to. I am now being told that reversing the contract will take 21 working days, which is extremely inconvenient, especially considering the error was not mine. I was under the impression that I was entering into a contract directly with MTN, only to later discover that it was through this company instead. Very disappointing experience.
