Bad communication & Service from Mondo Customer Care
Nozipho Majola from Mondo customer care is such a sweet person who assisted me with a very warm attitude for her I give her 5 star but for Mondo Customer care I give them 1 star, in fact they do not deserve any star. At first the consultant told me the iphone 13 for R579 x36 months is out of stock and the one that's available is iPhone 13 Pro for R749 x36 months and I agreed to it. It took at about 3-4 weeks until I called them to follow up on my order and they told me the Iphone 13 Pro is out of stock and the stock will be available between 05/09/22 & 06/09/22 when I do the follow up again the fone is not in stock, they have bad communication and I would never recommend their service to anyone.
