Awful company. Do not use them.

Amazing staff. Awkward clunky disgusting service. I will avoid buying anything from this company. 1st they delivered the wrong product. Then after logging the cancelation within the cooling off period, they billed me. After calling again and cancelling again, i was told two days. A month later and I was billed again. Reasons were that a 'cancellation fee' needed to be paid. Thats two and a half months, still waiting.... oh and apparently I need to proove that I was debited before they will refund me... absolute dog show, fronted by excellent customer care agents.
