I received a new Telkom Line through Mondo within 24hrs of the sales call. It started with the sales agent, Peter, very persuasive, quick thinking and logical. He could sell snow at the North Pole if there was a market for it. The next link in the chain was Sivesh, a gentleman, not afraid to apologise meaningfully when the line was not activated.
