AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST

In my experience this company should be avoided at all cost!

Wrong benefits loaded on contracts. Mondo admitted that I am being cheated but are unable to resolve the problem, resorting to cash offers, blame shifting and silence, hoping the problem will go away.

Hours of frustration spent speaking to call centre agent after agent, senior consultant and eventually manager after manager.... This at my cost with loads of empty promises, no feedback and months since raising my complaint for the first time.

Your service and assistance in resolving my queries are simply not good enough! No customer should be burdened for months on end by your inability to resolve a query with all the facts and ref at hand.
