Avoid these ******** and *******!!!

This company is a bunch of thieving ************. after more than a week still no help with anything and problem on your side with an endless run around to get nothing done. Excuse after excuse after excuse of why things cant be done. you *****ed up and now I want a full refund immediately with you collecting the phones and sim cards by close of business today. I am having to seek legal council in this matter. I have lost count on the amount of calls made, how many times your agents just hang up the line and how many times when requested to speak to a manager that are probably non existent or promise to call back but nothing. Your facebook chat bot is about as useless as a dead horse and the agents, supervisors and managers rival some of the best ******** globally. does this have to go the legal route to have resolved now???
