Avoid Mondo

I basically got **** to by one of their sales people to get me to take a contract with them. Then, when I tried to cancel, I got some very bad help which led to me waiting a year before trying to cancel again. This time the guy that helped me was great and super helpful. They did an investigation and informed me that I had to wait a few days. I was phoned back but missed call. I received an email notifying me of this, so I responded to the mail and was phoned back and told that the investigation has been concluded and that my account had been cancelled and that they will no longer be deducting funds for it monthly. They deducted twice after that and when I mailed them to enquire why, the guy referred me to the previous mail where they couldn't reach me and told me that I never responded... I asked them to check phone logs, because those will confirm the cancellation, but never heard anything back. I had to reverse the payments on my banking app and have yet to get any response. Do not do business with this company. It is easy to get in but very hard to get out.
