Arrangement for collection

After phoning at least 5 times and nobody could help me they put me through from one department to the other. I spend hours on the phone try to sort out my problem. I also try to went in store. But nobody could help me. At last I spoke with Bhavisha and she helped me sort it out. I am very thank full for Bavisha's help. She was very professional. 10/10 for her.
