Approved or denied?

Hi Mondo,

Mondo MTN

Last week I did an application for mtn deal via phone with your consultant.

I was declined even though I have a good average score and every creditor gets paid on time religiously. Anyways, i was sad but accepted your vetting criteria

Anyway, today I receive a call from another Mondo MTN consultant to ask how are things going with my contract etc, i was surprised I asked what contract because the other lady said application denied last week

So the kind lady today says no, the status is showing active on her side. I said my application was denied and please tell me what's going on

I tried calling relevant departments with no joy, mtn lines were down.

Please tell me what this is, I'm very concerned.
