APPROVED AND THEN A WEEK LATER WHEN YOU YOURSELF CALL IN YOU GET TOLD DECLINED WHEN YOU WERE APPROVED

Last week somebody called me to do application for Samsung galaxy A12 we did the application told me a qualified somebody will call me again they will email me a tracking number as well. Monday 4th July 2022 another lady called me just to confirm with about cellphone she advised a dsv courier will call me for delivery and told me my first payment will be end July of R199.

Today 5 July 2022 I called just to follow up how far delivery is spoke to a Chantal gave her my id number and she put me on hold to check for me ,she got back to me and told me my application was declined and I told her how is that possible and she told me it is probably somebody that wanted a sale but you do not get other people’s hopes up especially a 14 year old boy who is waiting for his cellphone, I the asked to speak to manager and she advised that managers is in meeting I asked foe a number for the manager and the number she provided does not exist I told her that I was gonna take this further and she told me go ahead.

How can your agents do this for the past week and a half I was under the impression that in the next 3 – 10 working days my cellphone will be delivered I even told the lady that I do not have a cellphone number, but I can provide her with my work number, and she said it was fine.

Very very disappointed
