Application Tracking Enquiry

I called in worried about my application since I couldn't track it online and Shaun reassured me that the application was valid and it appeared on the system. He explained that they are currently experiencing technical problems with the system and that's why I couldn't track my application. He also said I should expect a call for delivery within 7 to 14 days from the date of activation payment so I'm waiting in anticipation and ease all thanks to him.
