Application

I've request and filled an application for mondo and said a sales agent will call after three days it's been 30 days with no call....I've even filled another application and said they sent an email saying they have received the application and will get contact with me from 1-3 days today is the 4th day still nothing....and when I track my application it says telkom while I wanted an mtn upgrade
