Appalling service

<p>This is my secound review on Buy mondo within a space of a weak the serice is shockingly terrible I was offered a telkom ppackage they debited my account and I was phoned the same day and told the phone would be deilvered within 24 to 48 hours a week later no deilvery no communication nothing there calll centre is always experiencing high volumes of calls ( probally people complainging ) that I end up using all my airtime nefore I get through to anyone e-mails go unaswered.... after my last post on hello peter I was phoned back within the hour and it seemed everything was then sorted was told an ugent deilvery was put through and there was no reason for the delay as far as they could see they had plenty of stock that was monday morning 48 hours later still no reslponse or comuncation from them concerning my delivery..... absolutley appalling service </p>
