Another **** - Just when I thought I have seen them all.

<p>A while ago I was contacted by salespeople from Mondo who was offering me a router whith Telkom as the service supplier. I was in the market for a LTE Router and requested with the salesperson MULTIPLE times that this contract im signing up for is a router and not a cellphone contract. It was confirmed multiple times and I made sure they understand I do not need another cellphone. Whats up with these people calling you on your cellphone and then want to sell you another cellphone anyway?</p> <p> </p> <p>Today my package was delivered and iside was a Huawei Cellphone but no router. I'm in for 24 payments for a Cellphone I explicitly did not want, but still no LTE router. .....Call to Mondo and they say thats what I ordered. Lucky for me they do record the calls, so I really hope that recordings will be available..... They dont care if you get what you want, as long as they get the money it seems.</p>
