ANGRY IS A UNDERSTATEMENT!!!

ABSOLUTELY DISASTER!!!! Never ever again and soooo disapointed. I took out a MTN contract online. This was my first online purchase ever. I was scared but went through with it. Got my phone just to find out that what the consultant (Devon) told me was not true. He obviously just wanted to sell the phone to me. That SAME DAY I took the phone back to the MTN Service centre (19/06/2020) to cancel the contract!!! Today its more than a month ago and last Sunday I received a bill from MTN!!!!!! I am furious!!! Never ever have i seen such bad service!! This is rediculous!!! The best is I need to go into the bank to get my money bac**** ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!
