Angry call centre agent

I can’t believe a call center agent threatened to block my number from making calls simply because I told her that it’s possible to make calls on Skype for business to any numbers regardless of the number you’re calling having internet connection or not. I wish I remember her name coz she’s a joke. Mondo train your agents, it’s so embarrassing.
