Amelia Henry - Mondo

I had such issues with this company as the people that called me to arrange my upgrade, didn't give me the upgrade that I wanted and they promised that I would not be charged anything extra for my device which I was. R1800 extra and my upgrade was literally days away.

I then called to complain and got hold of Amelia Henry. She has so so helpful. She truly went above and beyond to help me. She even called when she had a query and not just emailed. She is super helpful and friendly.

That company is so lucky to have her.
