amazing service

<p>this call centre is terrible and soo hard to get hold of. ive been dealing with Pindile and Roland and they are soo pathetic, they didnt get back to me and they basically did nothing to help me till i got hold of Nivashen Maduray. he is an excellent call centre manager and he really gets back to you.</p> <p>i took out a contract with vodacom and i immediately decided to cancel the contract. i then called vodacom and they advised me to call this company. i did and all i recieved was **** promises from the 23 May ive been waiting for RAM to collect the parcel and i was really angry till i got hold of Nivashen and he helped me and he actually escalated the case and they came to pick up on the 8th of july. i really appreciate everything he did for me as he is an amazing guy!!!</p>
