Amanda Lubbe, friendly and efficient service
I signed up for an MTN contract and when I enquired about the progress of the application a friendly lady named Amanda Lubbe phoned me to give feedback. The device I signed up for is currently out of stock but Amanda mentioned that she will ensure that I get the contract I signed up for. Now that's customer service! Baie dankie Amanda.
