Een van jul manne het my ges***el en 'n routerpakket aangebied vir R449. Ek het hom 'n paar keer gevra en seker gemaak dat dit my huidige selfoonpakket insluit en hy het elke keer ja gesê. Vanmiddag het Amanda met my gepraat. Ek gaan die router by MTN inhandig en 'n IRNS nommer kry. Dan gaan julle al die gelde van die routerpakket vir my terug betaal. Ek is baie tevrede met hoe Amanda hierdie slegte situasie hanteer het.
