12 Oct 2022, 14:44After holding on for almost the entire day ,the line was first cut off ,I called back and was told to hold the line ,hold on for almost 45 mins ,own airtime ,then on the third call I talked to Amanda ,I have explained to her what happened on the two previous calls ,she stepped up her game and gave me thee best customer care experience .Thanks again Amanda :)
