am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with mondo as I was issued a contract without my consent or any clear explanation. When I discovered this and reached out to customer service, they dismissed my complaint as “invalid” without providing any reason or guidance, leaving me feeling ignored and frustrated. I consider it ********* and possibly ******** to be placed under a contract I didn’t agree to, and I am appalled by the lack of transparency and professionalism shown in handling my concern. I am requesting that mondo immediately cancel this unauthorized contract, provide a formal apology, and explain why my complaint was initially disregarded. As a customer, I expect fair treatment and transparent communication, and I urge the company to take corrective action to prevent similar issues in the future
