Account has been debited but no device received
I got a call from MONDO 2 weeks back for a mobile wifi router, deal sounded good so I accepted, was told I would receive the device in 2 to 5 days, my account was debited with R99 and for something I did not even receive, I want to cancel this as it is not the way to do business.
