what a pathetic service experience mondo of the 5 weeks. how in the world do you sell something out of stock? okay fine, if that's the case, do I have to throw bones and predict such? and can we at least be courteous enough to inform the customer? is that no option to change the device? or is it that the company has made its sale therefore no need to follow through? I HAVE QUESTIONS FOR DAYS BUT THE BOTTOM LINE IS PATHETIC SERVICE MONDO RCO413635/RCO416296. NB: I am not including Amelia in this review; she gets 5 stars.
