After an extremely rude and abrupt response to a query of mine Nicole contacted me. I was very pleasantly surprised by her handling of my query as she was truly extremely helpful and went out of her way to reassure me regarding the support I would expect from Mondo. She is a boon to your company. As a result of her intervention I have decided to remain an MTN customer when my next upgrade becomes available in June.
