A Good Listener

I was pleasantly satisfied through talking to Trinisha from Mondo who managed to calm me down as I was upset due to a treatment that I had recieved from the company which I considered to be dishonest. She calmed me down and took me through the steps that the company will follow to resolve my issue and what my options were should I still be unsatisfied. I hope my issue will be resolved.
