Disgusting service, consultants cant even answer basic questions. Have a query that's been going on for a month now and no one ilat the call center is able to answer my question. Im being referred to the MTN store. WHY??THERES A CALL CENTER FOR A REASON. This is my second complaint and no one has even bothered to call or send me an email. This shop is a joke and clearly they don't adhere to first call resolution and treating customers fairly.
