It's not the first time I'm using their services, but this time I'm really disappointed. On 25 March they phoned me with a phone deal... The activation fee was paid on the 5th of April & still I'm waiting for my device. After numerous follow-ups I was told there was downtime with the network & that my order will be processed last week Friday. According to their terms delivery should've taken place between 7 & 10 days after sale. Till to date I received no phone call or even a reference no in regards to the delivery.
