29 Days to NOT receive your product
Useless! Utterly useless. After 29 days, my order had not been processed. This order is now blocking me from upgrading my MTN contract. Accepted a deal they offered on 5 Jan 2021. On 3 Feb 2021 I had to hold on the line for 45 mins to try and cancel the deal. After eventually wasting all my minutes on hold they told me cancelation would take a week. Taking any product from them will just end in great frustration.
