1 Week And Still No Phone !!

It's been 1 week and I still have no phone, DSV couriers called me today to re-schedule because they have no driver available, which is probably lies because they are a national courier company. they initially promised to deliver on the 13 June & now they re-scheduled for the 15 June, contract was approved on the 5 June. There are many service providers for phones and if Mondo wants to keep their customers they should manage their experience because its exciting getting a new phone but when you get called to say you have to keep waiting is disappointing.
