0 STARS, pathetic service

I have been reading all the reviews on how great the service is( WHAT SERVICE). But if there was an option for 0 stars i would choose it, cause i have been waiting for more than 2 weeks now to hear from Mondo about my application, everytime I ask the response is that someone will call you back. This is Bull, either you want to do business or you don't, there's no in-between.
