Worst Rental Company

They are the worst and most dishonest rental company we have ever used! They take money off your deposit to clean carpets and they never clean them, they claim money off deposits to apparently fix the unit and never do the painting or repairs. We where with them for over a year and complained about a leaking toilet, roof and kitchen tap which never got fix even after we left. Now they want to take money off our deposit to fix these things and repaint the unit accusing us of putting in nails and holes in the walls that where there when we moved in! They are a bunch of sharks and people need to stay away from them and fight for their money that they are *****ing. They think they have the monopoly in the area and are invincible against tenants!

Good day Natasha,  Thank you for your review. We regret that you are unhappy with our service.  I have read your complaint and would like to respond.  I will pull your file tomorrow and investigate because there must be more to this, remembering that we act on behalf of both the tenant and the owner.  Once I have the facts I will come back to you with a response.  Regards Linda

Thank you so much Mandy, the new owner of Monarch and owner at Stockton property, you honestly made it so much easier to resolve our issues and give us back what was owing to us! You have made a massive difference in how things are run there and are a much better person for the job! Glad to see you are not just out to make money off of innocent tenants!
