Disappointment is an Understatement!!
I am not even renting with this company and would not even recommend them , I have been struggling to simply view a property I am interested in , the first real estate agent simply "doesn't" have the time , does not respond and does not have a care in the world, I phoned the offices after 3 weeks of trying to get a viewing booked, the manager said she would give my details to another agent , still waiting for a call 2 days later and I have messaged the 3rd agent for zero feedback. If this is what it is to get a viewing booked imagine what it is to rent from them. disappointed is an understatement, genuinely interested in a rental property to be barred from seeing it , I wish I had the owners number.
