Whats the use of paying insurance again?? CLAIM DECLINED 😠😠😠

Iv been paying my account on time and still continue paying it after they broke in my house while sleeping. That experience was traumating enough but now to find out the insurance iv been paying through Lewis wont pay out because there is no signs of forced entry. Firstly was i suppose to leave the sliding door like it was till they decided to come and take pictures?? They didn't break the window or the door they just lifted the whole sliding door out.. that's how skilled they are now when breaking in. I phone the police immediately and have a references number for the call. I had to use someones phone to make the call because they took all the phones in the house. How was i suppose to takes pictures?? While also being traumatised of what could have happened..

Now i must continue paying for something i dnt have and paying insurance for something i dnt have???
