UNRELIABLE INSURANCE
I have a laptop with Lewis and I have insured it with Monarch insurance, the laptop is currently damaged and I have been sending emails to make claims but they do not respond, I have tried to call their number but it seems like it does not exist. I am still paying for the damaged laptop but I can't get assistance with getting it fixed or replaced.
