Never take insurance from this company.they reject all claims and they do not want to cancel

I have been paying monarch insurance from 2021 till now. I submitted all my documents due to me losing a job and it was declined. They sent me a insurance clause which I did not sign or have a copy of. They thereafter told me I cannot cancel the insurance for as long as I have an account with lewis although they do not want to settle my outstanding balance.you decline the claim but I must continue paying your company by force eventhou I'm no longer working how does that make sense
