Monarch insurance

Monarch Insurance is really the worst insurance I have ever had to deal with. They are pathetic when it comes to claims, I have been sending them emails since march up till August and still they ask me questions they should've asked in the first email when I claimed. It's almost like they play cat and mouse not to process your claim and still you have to pay that big installments they slap on you. A person dont mind paying big installments when it's a professional and competent company. I wouldn't suggest Monarch insurance even to my enemy. Please people if you buy furniture or appliances and they offer you insurance at store you're buying from, make sure it's not Monarch insurance.
