Insurance refuse to pay

I have bought furniture at bears on credit, i was informed to take up an insurance which is compulsory unless u come with your own. One of the things that i am covered for is loss of income.i send the customers service an email enforming them of my dismall ordel at work, unless if i am mistaken but dismiss falls under loss of income, i didnt request to be dismissed. I lodged the claim on the 1st of august today they send an email declining my claim, saying my insurance does not cover dismissal nothing futhere was explained. What is loss of income??? Loss of income refers to the situation in which a person's source of money for expenses or lifestyle, such as salary from a job or income from a business, is terminated. This financial risk can be covered by insurance.
