Don't recommend. Very Poor Service

I lodged a claim for a damage at Dobsonville Mall Branch for my sleigh bed since I have been paying the Monarch insurance on a monthly basis. No one is updating me, when I call I'm told to wait for an sms , they say Monarch has not communicated with the store. Customer service is just poor. It's been 2 weeks waiting
