ANGRY CUSTOMER
Lewis stores and Monarch insurance are unreliable companies... I've been paying for my laptop's insurance for a year and a few months now and now that my laptop is broken the insurance turns down my claim I've been trying to call the company but their consultants are always "currently busy " I'd like if the insurance could stop deducting money from my account cause I can't be paying for an insurance that doesn't comply.
